Luton Futures secondary schools have a range of training opportunities for enthusiastic graduates.
We are currently offering school-based initial teacher training opportunities through the School Direct salaried route in the following subjects:
The School Direct salaried route is an employment-based route for graduates with at least three years' work experience. Trainees earn a salary while they train. Successful applicants are likely to have experience of working in schools.
Applicants must hold an honours degree in the subject they wish to teach, or in a closely related subject, and GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.

All offers of a place will be “conditional” until Disclosure and Barring Service and qualification checks have been successfully completed. Overseas qualifications must be checked through UK NARIC before application.
